These terms apply to the use of VPNPut accounts, clients and subscription services. Before getting started, please read this page, the plan details and the Privacy Policy. Using the service means agreeing to follow these rules. If you have questions, contact support through a user panel ticket before deciding whether to subscribe.
Service Scope
VPNPut provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 120+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can obtain clients and subscription details through the panel, then choose an exit route based on their needs. Route availability is subject to the panel display and actual connection results.
Subscriptions provide network connectivity only. They do not include accounts, memberships or content licenses for third-party websites, apps or content platforms. Regional policies, account eligibility and terms of use for those services are determined by their operators. A VPNPut subscription does not guarantee eligibility to access those services or their continued availability.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must keep their password and subscription link secure. Accounts must not be publicly posted, lent, resold or shared with others. A subscription link grants access to the service. If it is exposed, reset it promptly in the panel and check which clients have imported it.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit account sharing among multiple people or commercial distribution. Users must use route resources responsibly and must not disrupt the service through automated abuse, abnormal concurrency or other means. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region relevant to their activities, and are responsible for confirming that the content they access and their actions are lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing malware, data theft or other unlawful activity, or to disrupt the normal operation of another person’s devices or network.
Users are responsible for content they upload, download, publish or transmit. The service’s anonymous, no-logs privacy policy does not remove users’ legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information and necessary service data are handled.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on the local network, device configuration, carrier routing, exit status and the policies of the destination service. VPNPut does not guarantee that every route, region or third-party service will always be available, or promise a specific connection speed. If you encounter a problem, first check your subscription status, try another exit route and consult the troubleshooting guide.
Maintenance, network outages and other events beyond reasonable control may interrupt the service. VPNPut will address service-side issues within reasonable limits and provide necessary updates through the user panel. The responsibility for effects caused by user configuration, third-party failures or external network factors will be determined by the specific circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Payment and Refund Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. No connection failure or other specific reason is required. Sign in to the account used for payment and submit a request through a user panel ticket, identifying the order to be refunded so the payment can be verified and processed.
Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Information required to verify a refund should be limited to the order and proof of payment. Do not send your account password or complete subscription link in a ticket. Refund progress and results will be communicated through the ticket. The panel notification will show the subscription status after the refund is completed. Other refund rights provided by law are unaffected by these terms.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If VPNPut identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service or other serious violations of these terms, it may restrict relevant features, suspend access or terminate an account based on the level of risk, and explain the reason where appropriate. Users may dispute an action by submitting relevant records through a ticket for review. Account actions are handled independently from refund requests and statutory rights.
When service rules change, this page will publish the revisions and update the date. Changes that materially affect users’ rights will be announced through the user panel; revisions will not silently change refund rights for orders already placed. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and ask about the handling of your existing subscription through a ticket.
